Chef Surinder creates unique contemporary cuisine that draws from eclectic inspirations he derived in India, Europe and Australia.
He uses the ancient 5000 year old Ayurvedic philosophy to prepare his food… low in salt, sugar, slow cooked without any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. He blends in the goodness of locally grown chillies, lettuce, roselle, lime, lemons, coriander, eggplant and other produce… straight from his own and friends’ gardens.Surinder’s cooking is rustic and full of flavour. His meals are healthy, wholesome, well balanced and full of the tastes inherent in the Punjabi recipes passed down through generations in India.
